摘　　要：教学质量是高等学校发展的生命线,提高教育教学质量是高等教育永恒的主题。制订教学质量标准、教学质量评价体系,设计开发民办本科院校教学质量管理监控系统,通过管理的信息化、网络化、无纸化,实现管理的程序化、规范化和标准化,提升质量管理水平和工作效率。Teaching quality is the lifeline of the development of higher schools,improve the teaching quality is an eternal subject of higher education. Work out teaching quality standard,the teaching quality evaluation system,Design and develop teaching quality control monitoring system of private undergraduate universities,Through the management informatization and networking and paperless,R.ealize the programmed and standardization of management,Improve aualitv management level and work efficiency.
