摘　　要：在社会转型的关键时期,社会需要更多的应用型人才,迫使我国地方高校向应用技术型大学转型。在转型发展的诸多要素中,师资队伍成为应用技术型大学发展的重要支撑。本文基于应用技术型大学师资队伍的发展现状,分析了师资队伍建设存在的关键问题,从教师国际化视野、教学科研能力、工程实践能力、"双师型"教师队伍四个方面论述了师资队伍建设的着力点,进一步探究了转型中师资队伍建设的人才引进、培养模式以及创新管理机制,最后给出了地方本科院校向应用技术型大学转型中师资队伍建设的对策与建议。In the critical period of social transformation,society needs more application-oriented talents,which forced our local university transform into applied technical university in turn. In many elements of the transformation and development,teaching staffhas become an important support in applied technology university development. To an- alyze the key issues in construction of teaching staff based on current development of applied technology university teaching staff. Discussing the focal point of teaching staff construction from the four aspects：international perspective of teachers,teaching and research capabilities,the ability of engineering practice,＂Double＂ teachers. Further explores the tal- ent introduction,training mode and innovative management mechanism in transformation of teaching staff construction. Finally countermeasures and suggestions are given about the teaching staff construction of the transformation from local colleges to applied technology university.
