摘　　要：本文首先对跨文化和跨文化交际、翻译和外宣翻译作了解释说明,并在此基础上对归化和异化的代表人物、理论基础、二者的辩论关系作了阐述,最后提出了外宣翻译策略。Firstly,cross cultural and intercultural communication translation and translation is explained,and then try to expound the representatives,theoretical basis of domestication and foreignization and relations between them,finally, puts forward the translation strategies.
