摘　　要：应用型高校进行行业需求调研的目的是为了通过了解行业对于所培养的学生到底有哪些具体的素养和能力的要求,进而由此推动应用型人才培养体系的教学改革和创新,避免闭门造车的局面。企业对于人力资源管理专业学生的具体要求可以反映到包括课程设置和人才培养方案的制订等教学环节中,从而培养真正符合企业需要的应用型人才。Survey on demands from industries for application-oriented university is for the sake of understanding the purpose of industry for the cultivation of students＇ literacy and ability exacdy what is the specific requirements,and thus promote the teaching reform and innovation of application-oriented trainning system. The specific requirements of the enterprise for human resources management professional students can reflect curriculum and the talent training scheme of teaching links,such as to cultivate application-oriented traninning really meets the needs of the enterprise.
