摘　　要：本文基于Petri网对制造企业供应链中的扰动问题进行建模和分析。主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:(1)基于Petri网对制造企业供应链系统进行分层集成建模。(2)利用Petri网可达性分析对供应链系统目标进行分析,一旦扰动发生,通过Petri网节点算法分析扰动对系统目标产生的影响,以及采取何种策略应对扰动,进而为企业决策者提供依据。(3)用制造企业供应链的算例来验证方法的有效性。In the paper,Petri nets are used to model the manufacturing supply chain and analyze the disruption in the system. The main contents are：（1） Modeling the manufacturing supply chain hierarchically based on Petri nets.（2） Analyzing the objective of the system based on reachability analysis. Once a disruption occurs,we analyze the effects of the disruption through the algorithm set of transition node,and then make the decision.（3） An example is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.
