摘  要:目的 观察小鼠肾脏集合管形态学发生发育的时间及规律。方法 采用光镜标本制备技术对小鼠肾脏发育过程中各时期的集合管进行形态学观察。结果 胚胎 10天小鼠的肾脏出现输尿管芽 ,并已分化出明、暗两种细胞 ;胚胎 18天出现髓质 ;生后 7天输尿管芽消失 ,集合管不再分支 ,髓放线出现 ;生后 2 1天可见髓质内、外带分界。结论 小鼠肾脏的输尿管芽在胚胎 7~ 10天出现 ,髓质集合管在胚胎 18天出现 ,发育的顺序为OMCDO、OMCDi、IMCD ,生后 2 1天发育达成年水平。Objective To observe the time of origin and development in the mouse collecting duct.Methods The preservation technique of tissue for light,transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the collecting duct in a series of time.Results At 10 days of pregnancy,the mouse kidney and the collecting duct bud can be seen,and the collecting duct was made up by both the light and dark cells.At a gestational age of 18 days,the kidney could be clearly separated into a cortical and a medullary region.7 days after its birth the urethral bud was disappeared,the collecting duct was no longer branched and characterized by growth and maturation.By 21 days of age,an inner and outer medulla could be distinguished.Conclusion The urethral bud of the mouse kidney emerges at 7~10 days of gestation,medullary region emerges at 18 days of gestational age and the sequence is OMCD O firstly OMCDi and IMCD followed.At 21 days the mouse'collecting duct had the same appearance as the adults had.
