摘　　要：骨与软组织肿瘤的诊断是一个多中心的复杂过程,病理学检查是诊断的金标准。术前活检能够明确骨与软组织肿瘤的诊断,指导进一步最终确定手术方式、是否放化疗和判断患者预后。现在常用的活检方式有切开活检、经皮穿刺活检(包括细针穿刺活检和空芯针穿刺活检),当前文献没有明确推荐的首选活检方式。本文将三种活检方式进行综述,供临床参考。The diagnosis of bone and soft tissue tumors is a complex process, and pathological examination is the gold standard for it. Preoperative biopsy can confirm the diagnosis of bone and soft tissue tumors, determine surgical approach and whether to perform radiochemotherapy, and judge patients＇ diagnosis. At present, commonly used biopsy methods include incision biopsy and percutaneous biopsy （including fine needle aspiration biopsy and core needle biopsy）, and no articles clearly recommend the preferred biopsy method. This article reviews three biopsy methods to provide a reference for clinical practices.
