《内经》象思维的特点及应用

摘　　要：象思维是《黄帝内经》的主要思维方式和说理工具,对传统中医理论的形成产生了深远影响。象思维贯穿于中医学始末。对《内经》象思维特点进行诠释和解读,抽提《内经》象思维的表述方式和认知过程,从科学视角对象思维的特点和具体体现予以分析,《内经》象思维特点具有有象性、关联性、时空性、可知性,四者之间相互联系,密不可分。分析《内经》中象思维,在理论、诊法、药物、治疗方面"天人合一"均有体现。研究象思维可以阐明中医学形成及发展的过程,探知中医理论的认知方法 ,恢复中医原貌,实现理论对中医临床的指导意义。Image thinking is one of the important way of thinking and explaining the truth. It has a profound influence on the formation of Wadifional Chinese medicine theory. Image thinking throughout the Chinese medicine history.To explain the characteristics of ＂the Canon of Internal Medicine＂ like image thinking, to extract its expression pattern and cognitive process, to analyze the characteristics and concrete manifestation of the object of scientific view, ＂the Canon of Internal Medcine＂ image thinking features such as image, correlation, time and space, we can know that the four are interrelated and inseparable. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of image thinking, the paper analyzes the image thinking of the Canon of Internal Medicine and illustrates from theories, diagnoses, medicines,treatments and so on. Research on the process of image thinking can clarify the formation and development of Chinese medicine, ascertain the cognitive method of traditional Chinese medicine theory, restore the original Chinese medicine and realize the significance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine guiding clinical.
