摘　　要：陈全新教授认为,颈椎病的发病在脏腑上与肝、脾、肾三脏相关,在经络上与足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经、手太阳小肠经和手阳明大肠经相关。选穴治疗上以背俞穴为基础调理脏腑,配以循经取穴。陈教授崇尚华佗的"针灸不过数处"的思想,取穴精炼,左右交替,有效地避免了穴位的疲劳性,最大限度地发挥了穴位的功效。他继承和发扬了传统补泻手法并加以创新,独创"分级补泻手法",并将传统的导气手法归纳为"针向行气""捻转提插""按压关闭""循摄引导"4种,有效地提高了补泻和导气手法的疗效。Professor CHEN Quanxin considers that the morbidity of cervical spondylosis is related to liver, spleen and kidney in viscera and to bladder meridian, gall bladder meridian, small intestine channel and large intestine meridian. In the point selection of treatment, conditioning the functionality of viscera is based on Beishu point, assisted by selecting acupoint along channels. Professor CHEN is fascinated by HUA Tuo＇s thinking that the number of points selected for acupuncture and moxibustion should be limited. Selecting acupoint accurately with left and right alternation, which could avoid the fatigue of point effectively and make full use of the acupoints efficacy. He inherits and develops the traditional reinforcing and reducing method, which leads to an innovation of grading. He also reduces the traditional ＂Dao Qi＇＂method to four kinds, such as ＂Zhenxiang Xingqi＂, ＂Nianzhuan Ticha＂, ＂Anya Guanbi＂ and ＂Xunshe Yindao＂, which improves the curative effect of reinforcing and reducing method and ＂Dao Qi＂ method greatly.
