摘 要:动物源性食品是指全部可食用的动物组织以及蛋和奶,包括肉类及其制品(含动物脏器)、水生动物产品等。由于药物的残留,环境污染等影响,造成动物源性食品的残留,食用后威胁、损害人类健康。样品前处理是对样品中目标化合物进行提取,富集、净化、浓缩等处理措施,主要包括固相萃取法,凝胶渗透法,加速溶剂萃取法等。动物源性食品药物残留具有种类多、检测量小等特点,残留检测技术以高效液相色谱法为主,与紫外、荧光、质谱联用检测效果更佳,为动物源性食品残留监控提供了技术支持。Animal derived food refers to all edible animal tissues as well as eggs and milk, including meat and it products (animal organs), aquatic products. Because of drug residues, environmental pollution and other effects, this has resulted in the residue of animal derived food and threatened to human health. Sample pretreatment refers to the target compounds in the sample extraction, enrichment, purification, concentration and other treatment measures, mainly include solid phase extraction, gel permeation chromatography and accelerated solvent extraction method. Animal derived food and drugs residues of many kinds and small detection. Residue detection technology based on high performance liquid chromatography, with UV, fluorescence, mass spectrometry detection effect is better, this provides technical support for the monitoring of animal derived food residues.
