摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,服务业在我国的经济比例中所占的比重越来越大,而酒店行业又成为服务业的中流砥柱。由于我国酒店行业的迅速发展,其对酒店管理专业人才的需求也持续扩大。但我国高校目前对酒店管理专业的人才培养方面存在着种种问题,既影响到人才培养目标的实现,更影响到本科人才的前途。本文站在学生的角度,从SCLG学校酒店管理专业培养方案现状入手,对改进地方高校酒店管理专业人才的培养模式进行探讨。With the rapid development of China＇s hotel industry, the demand of hotel management professionals continues to expand.But the talents training in universities exist problems at present,which affect the goals＇achieving of talents cultivation and the future of students.From the perspective of students,according to the state of affairs about the hotel management professional training scheme of SCLG school,the training mode were discussed to ameliorate it.
