摘  要:人性的假设对民办高校制定和执行量化管理模式至关重要。本文基于人性辩证法以及民办高校学生人性发展阶段和环境,具体判断民办高校学生的人性特征。研究结果表明,民办高校的学生在人性上容易出现两极分化的情况,善恶参半。据此,民办高校应制定科学的量化评价方法,并严格执行管理规定,奖惩分明,以避免校园风气恶化。The assumption of human nature is essential to develop and implement quantitative management model for voluntary colleges and universities. This paper specifically judge human nature of voluntary college students based on the human nature dialectics and the development stage and environment of voluntary college students. The results show that the human nature of voluntary college students prone to be polarized,that is,half good and half evil. Accordingly,the voluntary colleges and universities should develop a scientific quantitative evaluation method,and strictly implement the management regulations,rewards and punishments,in order to avoid the deterioration of the campus atmosphere.
