摘　　要：随着社会的发展和经济水平的提高,各行各业对人才的需求量不断增多。成人教育作为成年人增长能力、丰富知识、提高技术和专业资格或转向新领域的一种教育类型,要引起我们足够的重视。本文主要分析了目前我国成人教育的现状,并针对成人教育的弊端提出若干改进对策。With the development of society and the improvement of economic level,growing demand for talent in the from all walks of life,and adult education as for adult growth ability,rich knowledge,improve the technology and the professional qualification,and making them towards new directions,it should be caused enough attentions. The paper analyzesthe adult education at present in our country,and puts forward some correct some weaknesses in view of the adult education countermeasures.
