摘　　要：随着吉林省经济的不断发展进步,社会对日语人才的要求也越来越高。本文通过对吉林省的经济发展现状及日语人才的需求情况进行了市场调研,总结分析了社会所需日语人才类型,提出了"双语+IT"商务日语人才培养模式的实施方案。With the continuous development of economic development in Jilin Province,the social demand for Japanese talents is also getting higher and higher. This paper conducted a market survey by the economic development of Jilin province and current situation of Japanese talents,summarizes and analyzes the social need for talents of Japanese type,put forward the implementation plan of the training mode of ＂Bilingual ＋ IT＂ business Japanese talents.
