摘　　要：集体主义是社会主义意识形态的重要内容,在社会主义市场经济条件下发挥着重要作用。然而当今大学生的集体主义缺失严重,高校应该立足于理清集体主义的内涵,更好地做好思想政治教育工作。国内外对集体主义内涵都有较多研究,要充分认识集体主义在当今社会面临的发展机遇和挑战,遵循教育发展规律,做好集体主义教育。Collectivism is the important content of socialist ideology,plays an important role in the socialist market economy,but in today＇s college students collective lack,colleges and universities should be based on the sort of connotation of collectivism,better do a good job of Ideological and political education work at home and abroad. The connotation of collectivism has a lot of research to fully understand collectivism in the opportunities and challenges facing society today,follow the law of education development,do a good job of collective education.
