摘 要:目的了解新入职护士在工作中面临突发急性病情变化或抢救事件时的心理状态,为护理管理者提供参考,帮助新护士快速成长。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,进行目的性抽样,选取10名新护士,采用半结构访谈提纲,记录并整理、分析资料。结果运用现象学分析法,提炼出新护士面临突发病情变化或抢救事件时存在的5个主要问题:经验不足、紧张和恐惧、沟通技巧缺乏、愧疚感、自我效能感低。结论临床护理管理者重视与新护士的心灵沟通,尤其关注新护士参与抢救事件后的心理状态,给予正确引导,帮助其从经历中快速成长。Objective To explore and analyze the psychological states of new employed nurses facing acute disease condition changes. Meth- ods Phenomenological research method anti'purposive sampling method were used in this study. 10 new employed nurses were given interview with semi - structured interview outline. Record and analyze the information got groin the interview. Results Five themes were selected fron the information, which included lack of experience, nervous and fear,lack of communication skill, sense of quilt, lower sense of self- efficacy. Conclusion Clinical nursing managers should pay more attention on the soul communication with the new employed nurses, especially paying close attention to the mental satus after rescue,which can improve the rapid growth for new employed nurses.
