摘  要:[目的]为有效降低小球藻油脂提取过程中湿藻体脱水干燥成本。[方法]以BG11培养液培养的小球藻进行离心预处理后加入不同浓度和比例的乙醇、经不同的脱水次数,探究在不同条件下湿藻泥的脱水效果,并以湿藻泥脱水干燥后制备的藻粉为材料,比较了小球藻藻粉在不同含水率条件下的油脂提取率。[结果]加入的乙醇浓度为80%,乙醇溶液与藻泥中原含水量的体积比为1∶1,经一次挥发脱水后,湿藻泥中的含水率可从89.04%降至30.1%。[结论]藻粉含水率在40%以下时,对粗油脂得率影响较小,即湿藻用乙醇进行协助脱水时,藻泥含水量降至40%以下即可进行油脂提取。[Objective]To effectively decrease the cost of dehydration and desiccation of wet Chlorella sp.[Methods]Paste for lipid extraction,the wet microalgal paste was dehydrated and desiccated by ethanol in this study.Chlorella was cultivated in BG11 culture medium and the wet algal paste was collected by centrifugation of algal solution.The effect of ethanol concentration,volume ratio of ethanol and water and dehydration time on water content of algal paste were investigated and the effect of water content in algal paste on lipid extraction ratio was also studied.[Results]The water content of wet Chlorella paste decreased from 89.04%to 30.1% when the ethanol concentration,volume ratio of ethanol and water and dehydration time were 80%,1∶1and once,respectively.[Conclusion]Besides,the effect of water content in algal paste on lipid extraction ratio was insignificant when the water content was below 40%.It was meant that algal paste with water content of no more than 40% after dehydrated and desiccated by ethanol could be used for the lipid extraction.
