摘　　要：目的比较球头型鼻泪管置入术与鼻腔泪囊吻合术(DCR)治疗鼻泪管阻塞性疾病(NDO)的临床效果。方法选取2011年7月~2016年6月在我院接受治疗的167例NDO患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为微创组(65例92眼)和常规组(102例119眼)。微创组采用球头型鼻泪管置入术治疗,常规组采用DCR治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果微创组的手术时间及住院天数显著短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组的并发症总发生率为10.89%,显著低于常规组的26.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论球头型鼻泪管置入术与DCR治疗NDO的效果相当,而前者在缩短手术时间及减少术后并发症方面更具优势。Objective To compare the clinical effect of bulb type nasolacrimal duct implantation and dacryocystorhinos- tomy （DCR） in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction （NDO）.Methods 167 patients with NDO in our hospital from July 2011 to June 2016 were selected and divided into the minimally invasive group （65 cases,92 eyes） and the routine group （102 cases,119 eyes） according to the different treatment method.The minimally invasive group was treated with bulb type nasolacrimal duct implantation,the routine group was treated with DCR.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time and length of hospital stay in the minimally invasive group was short- er than that in the routine group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complications in the minimal- ly invasive group was 10.89%,which was lower than 26.05% in the routine group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups （P〉O.OS）.Conclusion Bulb type nasolacrimal duct implantation and DCR have a considerable effect on NDO,while the former has more advantages in reducing the operation time and reducing the postoperative complications.
