益脑胶囊联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症48例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益脑胶囊联合利培酮治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者的临床疗效。方法:选取96例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组、研究组各48例。2组均予相同综合护理及利培酮治疗,研究组加予益脑胶囊辅助治疗。观察2组入院时、第4周末、第8周末、第12周末时阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS量表)评分的变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率对照组47.9%,研究组72.9%,2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组PANSS量表总分、阴性因子分及PANSS量表各阴性因子评分均呈下降趋势,研究组第8周末、第12周末的PANSS量表总分、阴性因子分及PANSS量表各阴性因子评分均低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,2组不良反应均以嗜睡、流涎、心动过速、血压下降等椎体外系症状为主。对照组不良反应发生人数为19例(占39.6%),研究组不良反应发生人数为9例(占18.8%),2组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组第4周末、第8周末、第12周末的副反应量表总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益脑胶囊辅助治疗精神分裂症阴性症状患者安全有效,与利培酮合用,能减少利培酮导致的药物不良反应,提高临床疗效,同时相关综合护理不容忽视。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yinao capsules combined with risperidone in treating patients with schizophrenia with negative symptoms.Methods：Selected 96 patients with schizophrenia with negative symptoms and divided them into the control group and the research group,48 cases in each group.The treatment of risperidone was given to both groups,and ajuvant therapy of Yinao capsules was additionally given to the research group.Observed positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS） as well as adverse reactions in two groups respectively when patients were hospitalized,and when in the fourth week,the eighth week and the twelfth week.Results：The total effective rate was 47.9%in the control group and 72.9%in the research group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,scores of total PANSS,negative factor and all negative factors in PANSS in two groups showed downtrend.In the research group,scores of total PANSS,negative factor and all negative factors in PANSS in the eighth week and the twelfth week were lower than those in the control group,showing significance in differences（P〈0.05）.During treatment,main adverse reactions in two groups were extrapyramidal symptoms,such as sleepiness,salivation,tachycardia,blood pressure decrease,etc.The number of patients with adverse reactions was 19 in the control group（accounting for 39.6%） and 9 in the research group（accounting for 18.8%）.Compared the adverse reaction rate between the two groups,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Scores of total treatment emergent side effect scale（TESS） in the fourth week,the eighth week and the twelfth week in the research group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Yinao capsules ajuvant theraph for patients with schizophrenia with negative symptoms is safe and effective.And when Yinao capsules are combined with risperidone,they can reduce the adverse reaction caused by risperidone,and in the meanwhile,enhance the clinical effect.
