结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的手术效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者手术治疗的效果。方法选取结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者80例作为研究对象,所有患者均行外科手术治疗,观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果 80例患者治愈52例(65.00%),好转23例(28.75%),无效5例(6.25%),总有效率93.75%。对患者术后进行为期1年的随访,均未出现明显的并发症。结论外科手术治疗结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者临床治疗效果显著,并发症较少,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To observe the effect of surgical treatment of nodular goiter complicated with thyroid cancer.Methods 80 patients with nodular goiter complicated with thyroid cancer. All patients were performed surgical treatment,and treatment effect was observed. Results 80 patients were cured in 52 cases（ 65. 00%）,improvement in 23 cases（ 28. 75%）,invalid in 5 cases（ 6. 25%）,the total effective rate was 93. 75%. For patients with postoperative period of 1 year of follow-up,no obvious complications occurred. Conclusion Surgical treatment of patients with nodular goiter with thyroid cancer has obvious effect,fewer complications,worthy of clinical promotion.
