摘　　要：目的探讨分析卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的MRI表现特征。方法收集12例经手术病理证实的卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤,行MRI平扫及增强扫描,分析病灶部位、边界、形态、信号、增强表现及时间-信号曲线。结果 12例均为单发,边界清楚,类圆形或分叶状实性肿块,T1WI呈等或稍低信号,T2WI等或稍高信号,DWI呈稍高信号,其中5例伴内部囊变,1例伴周边囊变,12例增强扫描病灶实性成分呈渐进性缓慢轻度强化,时间-信号曲线呈缓慢上升型,信号强度及上升幅度较子宫肌层低,12例患者均合并腹盆腔积液。结论卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤MRI表现为边界清楚的实性肿块,部分伴囊变,增强后呈缓慢渐进性强化,且增强信号强度低于子宫肌层信号,时间-信号曲线为缓升型。Objective To study the MRI characteristics of Ovarian thecoma in order to improve diagnostic value. Methods In this retrospective study, preoperative MRI examinations of 12 women with pathologically proven Ovarian thecoma were reviewed. and their clinical datas were collected. MP, I features, including the location, shape, size, outline of Ovarian thecolna, visibility of bilateral ovaries, T I and T2 signal and Time- signal intensity curve of were recorded and collected. Results All solid adnexal masses appeared oval, lobulated or bilobed, and well defined in all cases. Most Ovarian thecomas were isointense to hypointense compared with myometrium on TI-weighted images and isointense to hyperintense compared with myometrium on T2-weighted images. Capsule was noted in 6 of 12 cases.and central degenenltion was present in 5 Ovarian thecomas, and peripheral degeneration was seen in I case. All the lessions had heterogeneous enhancement pattern, we found that tile enllancement of Ovarian thecomas was significantly lower than that for nlyometriunl at all time points. In addition, ascites and pleural effusion was involves in all women. Conclusion Ovarian thecomas were all defined solid masses, sometimes associated with degenerative changes. Time-signal intensity curve of MRI has been reported to aid in this distinction. Enhancement of Ovarian thecomas was significantly less than that for myometriunl at all time points.
