摘 要:针对大模数直齿锥齿轮加工困难,专业设备缺乏的现状,提出在立式铣床上采用指状铣刀加工的方法。基于锥齿成形加工的原理,计算加工参数,拟合走刀轨迹,分析计算齿形误差。根据直齿锥齿轮修形理论,针对齿形误差,提出采用模数铣刀进行修形的方法;在VERICUT上进行仿真,通过比较修形前后齿形残余量,检验修形效果,验证方案的可行性。进行加工试验,采用三坐标测量仪对修形前后的齿形精确测量,得出修形前后啮合区域最大误差量(啮合方向)分别小于0.563mm和0.041mm。进行啮合试验,修形后齿轮端部应力集中现象消失,啮合区域向齿面中央集中。For the present situation that machining of the large modulus straight bevel gear is difficult and lack of professional equipment, a machining method of using finger milling cutter in vertical milling machine is proposed. Calculation of the machining parameters , fitting of the cutter path and analysis and calculation of the error are carried out based on the theory of bevel gear form machining. According to the straight bevel gear modifwation theory, a modification method of using modulus milling cutter is proposed to against the error of teeth sharp ; Simulation is carried out on the VERICUT, by comparing the residual teeth sharp before and after modification to test the effect of modification and the feasibility of project. The gear teeth are measured with the three-coordinates measuring machine in machining experiments, The maximum error of teeth sharp before and after modification (meshing direction) are less than 0.563mm and 0.041mm. Observing the meshing experiments, the phenomenon of stress concentration is disappeared after modification, the Meshing region draw close to the center of teeth 8 u surface.
