摘　　要：目的了解和评价防治碘缺乏病措施效果,总结经验与不足。方法收集2002-2015年潍坊市碘缺乏病调查监测资料对居民食用盐碘含量、8~10岁在校学生尿碘含量和甲状腺肿大(简称甲肿)情况等内容进行分析。结果居民食用盐碘含量状况逐年好转2009年后碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率>97.00%,合格碘盐食用率>95.00%,非碘盐率<3.00%。各年度在校学生尿碘中位数波动于110.02~231.71μg/L,频数分布集中于100~299μg/L,各年度尿碘中位数比较差异有统计学意义(Z=41.76,P<0.05)。除2002、2006年外用肿率均<5.00%,各年度甲肿率比较差异有统计学意义(X^2=417.30,P<0.05)。结论自2009-2015年潍坊市盐碘含量、尿碘含量和甲肿等监测指标持续达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准。Objective To explore the effect of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders（IDD） and summarize the experience and shortage.Methods To collect the data of iodine deficiency disorders from 2002 to 2015 of Weifang and to analyze retrospectively the monitoring indexes of salt iodine,urinary iodine and iodide goiter in 8-10 years old students.Results The qualified rate of iodized salt was improved.The qualified rate of iodized salt and the rate of iodized salt coverage were more than 97.00%,the edible rate of qualified iodine salt was more than 95.00%,while the rate of non-iodized salt was less than 3.00%after 2009.The median of urinary iodine was 110.02-231.71 μg/L and the frequency of urinary iodine was 100-299 μg/L.The difference of the median of urinary iodine was statistically significant（Z=-41.76,P〈0.05）.In addition to 2002 and 2006,the goiter rate was less than 5.00%.The difference of goiter rate was statistically significant（x^2=417.30,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The monitoring index of salt iodine,urinary iodine and iodide goiter in Weifang had gradually approached the national standard of IDD elimination from 2009 to 2015.
