石辛含片治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察石辛含片治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取100例急性智齿冠周炎患者随机分为A、B两组,每组各50例。A组:口服头孢地尼及含服石辛含片,B组:口服头孢地尼,局部冠周冲洗,1次/d,5 d后评估临床疗效。结果:A组患者口腔菌落减少率及疼痛缓解率显著高于B组(P<0.05),且A组炎症消退时间明显缩短(P<0.05);在疼痛缓解的患者中,A组止痛起效时间较B组更短(P<0.05),缓解疼痛维持时间更长(P<0.05);A组显效率显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:石辛含片治疗急性智齿冠周炎疗效显著。Objective： Investigate the clinical efficacy of Shixin tablets in treating acute pericoronitis of the third molar. Method： A total of 100 cases of acute pericoronitis were selected,and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group. In treatment group,patients treated with cefdinir and suck Shixin tablet. In control group,patients treated with cefdinir,and additionally took pericoronal rinsing once a day. Clinical efficacy evaluated after 5 days. Results： After the treatment,the reduced rate of the number of oral bacterial colony in treatment group was significantly higher than control group.The time of alleviating pain of treatment group was significantly shorter than control group,and persistent duration of relieving in treatment group was longer. Conclusion： Our research showed that Shixin tablet has more favorable efficacy in the treatment of acute pericoronitis of the third molar.
