摘 要:目的:比较自酸蚀粘结剂两次涂布方式对V类洞微渗漏的影响。方法:选取第三磨牙离体牙80颗,分S3 bond组(1组)和Xeno V组(2组),每组根据粘结剂涂布次数的不同分为2个亚组,涂布一次法(A组)和涂布两次法(B组),即1A组、1B组、2A组和2B组。在每颗牙的颊侧釉牙骨质界上方制备3 mm×2 mm×2 mm的箱型V类洞,用可乐丽AP-X树脂充填。将4组牙齿放入37°蒸馏水的恒温箱中浸泡24 h,然后在室温下浸泡入1%的亚甲基蓝溶液中24 h,用金刚砂片沿充填体正中颊舌向切开,用体视显微镜观察亚甲基蓝染料渗入的深度。结果:S3bond组和Xeno V组涂布两次法时的微渗漏值比涂布一次法均有所降低,两种方法之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。涂布一次法时,S3 bond的微渗漏值明显小于Xeno V,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);当涂布两次时,S3 bond与Xeno V之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:修复V类洞时,可使用粘结剂S3 bond、Xeno V涂布一次的方法以简化步骤。Objective: To study the effect of coating twice method of self etching adhesives on the microleakage of restoring class V cavities. Methods: Eighty human third molars were divided into 2 groups,group 1 of S3 bond and group 2 of Xeno V. Each group was divided into 2 subgroups according to the adhesive coating times,coated once method in group A,coated twice method in group B. Class V cavities( 3 mm × 2 mm × 2 mm) were prepared in the buccal surfaces of each tooth above the CEJ. There was a total of four groups,20 teeth and 20 cavities in each group. The cavities were filled with AP-X resin. The teeth of four groups were put into the constant temperature distilled water bath with the temperature of 37℃ for 24 h,soaked in 1% methylene blue solution for 24 h at room temperature,then cut them along the filling buccolingually and longitudinally with carborundum disc and observed the dye penetration depth under the stereomicroscope. Results: The microleakage value of coating twice method decreased compared with the coating once method both in S3 bond group and Xeno V group,but there was no statistical difference between the different coating methods( P〉0. 05). When coating once method,S3 bond exhibited significantly lower leakage than Xeno V,there was statistically difference( P〉 0. 05). When coating twice,there was no statistical difference between S3 bond and Xeno V( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: When restoring class V cavities,S3 bond and Xeno V coating once method can simplify the step.
