摘　　要：目的构建与评估工作负担-应对资本职业紧张测量工具。方法共纳入1 618名电子制造服务业员工作为调查样本。采用知情同意自填问卷进行数据收集。提出工作负担-应对资本理论,并以其为基础构建职业紧张测量工具。引入探索性因子分析、结构方程模型等方法对模型数据进行拟合、优化和评估。结果单因素相关分析显示,各维度及条目间均有明显相关关系。内部一致性Chronbachα结果显示,量表各维度及子条目系数为0.750~0.929,总体α系数为0.788。探索性因子分析生成6个公因子,可解释65.9%的方差变异。结构方程模型拟合优度指数分别为CMIN/DF=6.16,AGFI=0.955,NNFI=0.970,IFI=0.980,RMSEA=0.057;且测量模型的路径均具有较高载荷。工具对性别、年龄、婚姻状况、教育水平及岗位等具有良好的区分效度。结论职业紧张工作负担-应对资本评估量表具有较为良好的科学性和逻辑性,可为职业紧张更深入的研究提供支持。Objective To develop and assess the measuring scale of Job Burden-capital model.Methods A total of 1618 samples were recruited from electronic manufacturing service industry.The data were collected by self-rated questionnaire after written consent.The hypothesis of Job Burden-Capital model was presented and used as basis of development of the validating scale,and Exploratory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model were introduced for data fitting,optimization and evaluation.Results The results of single factor correlation analysis showed that there was statistical significance of the coefficients between all items and dimensions.Chronbachαrangeed from 0.750 to 0.929.Exploratory Factor Analysis showed 6common factors were developed and could explain 65.9% covariance.The final fitting model had satisfactory fitting goodness（CMIN/DF =6.16,AGFI=0.955,NNFI=0.970,IFI=0.980,RMSEA =0.057）.The path ways of measurement model had significance for all.The present scale could detect the difference among gender,age,marital status,education and position on all the three dimensions of it.Conclusions The scale of job Burden-Capital model has been verified to have high level of scientificity and logicality which could provide sufficient support for deeper detection of occupational stress.
