摘　　要：自然杀伤细胞(NK)是体内不同于T细胞和B细胞的一群大颗粒淋巴细胞,由于其在机体抗病毒感染及肿瘤防御方面发挥重要作用,现已成为肿瘤免疫治疗的研究热点。全文就NK细胞的起源(发育与分化)、表面受体、杀瘤机制、细胞来源及其质量影响因素及目前NK细胞过继免疫治疗肿瘤的进展情况——从实验室扩增到临床应用进行综述。Natural killer（NK） cells is a group of lymphocytes different from T cells and B cells,which plays an important role in resistance to virus infection and tumor defensive,nowadays it has become the focus in research of the tumor immunotherapy treatment. In this paper,we discuss origin,development and differentiation of NK cells as well as their receptors,mechanisms by which NK cells generate an antitumor immune response,sources of NK cell and its quality influence factors,and the NK cells adoptive immunotherapy of tumor—from laboratory cultivation to clinical application.
