摘　　要：目的观察SULT1A1与性激素受体在子宫肌瘤中的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法将2015年2月-2016年2月在该院接受治疗的60例子宫肌瘤患者作为肌瘤组,同时选取体检正常的60例健康成年女性作为对照组。观察肌瘤组织和正常肌层组织中SULT1A1与性激素受体的阳性表达率,比较不同临床病理特征的子宫肌瘤患者SULT1A1与性激素受体阳性表达率的差异,分析影响SULT1A1与性激素受体阳性表达率的因素。结果肌瘤组SULT1A1阳性表达率较对照组低,ER和PR阳性表达率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄<30岁、肌瘤数目≥2个、肌瘤直径≥5 cm的子宫肌瘤患者SULT1A1阳性表达率较低,而ER和PR阳性表达率较高,而有无生育史、高血压、糖尿病和高脂血症的子宫肌瘤患者的SULT1A1与性激素受体阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);将单因素分析有意义的年龄、肌瘤数目和肌瘤直径作为自变量,将是否阳性表达作为因变量进行Logistic回归分析。结果显示年龄和肌瘤数目进入回归方程,说明年龄和肌瘤数目是影响SULT1A1与性激素受体阳性表达的因素。结论 SULT1A1在子宫肌瘤患者中低表达,性激素受体在子宫肌瘤患者中高表达,且受年龄、肌瘤数目的影响。Objective To observe the expressions of SULT1A1 and sex hormone receptors in uterine leiomyoma,explore the clinical significance. Methods Sixty uterine leiomyoma patients treated in the hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as uterine leiomyoma group,sixty healthy adult women with normal physical examination result were selected as control group. The positive expression rates of SULT1A1 and sex hormone receptors in uterine leiomyoma and normal uterine muscle tissue were observed,the positive expression rates of SULT1A1 and sex hormone receptors in uterine leiomyoma patients with different clinical and pathological characteristics were compared,the influencing factors of positive expression rates of SULT1A1 and sex hormone receptors were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of SULT1A1 in uterine leiomyoma group was lower than that in control group,the positive expression rates of ER and PR were higher than those in control group,there were statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; the positive expression rates of SULT1A1 in patients under 30 years old,the number of uterine leiomyoma more than or equal to 2,the diameter of uterine leiomyoma≥5 cm were low,but the positive expression rates of ER and PR were high; there was no statistically significant difference in the positive expression rates of SULT1A1 and sex hormone receptors among the patients with childbearing history,hypertension,diabetes,and hyperlipemia or not in uterine leiomyoma group（ P〉0. 05）; taking age,the number of uterine leiomyoma,and diameter of uterine leiomyoma which had significance during univariate analysis as independent variables,the positive expression was designed as dependent variable,then a logistic regression analysis was conducted,the results showed that age and the number of uterine leiomyoma entered into the regression equation,which indicated that age and the number of uterine leiomyoma were influencing factors of positive expressions of SULT1A1 and sex hormone receptors.Conclusio
