摘　　要：高空作业设备零部件涂装生产线具有工艺连贯、设备众多、参数复杂的特点。为实现自动化生产和信息资源共享,采用西门子PLC、上位监控软件WINCC及Profibus网络组成主从分布式控制结构,完成了整条生产线的分散和集中控制,并通过TCP/IP及冗余网络将现场局域网与企业内部网进行互联。The coating production line of articulating boom lifts has the characteristics of continuous process, many equipments and complex parameters. In order to realize automatic production and information resource sharing, SIEMENS PLC, WINCC and Profibus network are adopted to form a master-slave distributed control structure, Through the TCP/IP protocol and Double redundancy, the local area network is connected with the Intranet.
