摘  要:本研究通过调查新时代军医大学本科生的性格特点、自学能力、外语和计算机水平,对外科学教学的要求和想法等,提出新时代外科学临床课教学的对策。在外科学教学过程中对第四军医大学2013级本科三年级学生进行问卷调查。通过调查分析发现,军医大学本科生自学和动手能力较强、英语和计算机水平较高;大多数学生性格随和、沉着和富有想象力;要求外科临床教学方法理论联系实际、讲授重点突出。针对新时代军医大学本科生的特点,外科学教学应顺应互联网络和信息技术的发展,建立多种形式网络化学习平台;重视医学生的人文教育,特别是医患沟通能力培养;创新教学模式和教学手段,多媒体课堂教学、场景式教学法和临床见习等多种形式结合。针对教学内容、形式、手段和场所等方面进行变革,建立一种全新的教学模式。The personality, self-study ability, foreign language and computer skills of military medical university undergraduates are investigated in this study. Their ideas and requirements of how to teach a surgical clinical course are obtained and analyzed. Results give advices of educational reform in the new era. Questionnaire survey was performed for the third grade medical students in the Fourth Military Medical University during their surgical teaching. A higher level of self-study ability and a good computer and foreign language skills were detected. Furthermore, most of the students have an easygoing, calm and imaginative personality. They expect surgical teaching can be more unite theory with practice, and brief and focused. According to these findings, Internet and information technology should be given enough attention. Various forms of network based learning platform should be established. Medical humanistic education should be reinforced, especially in doctor-patient communication ability training. Teaching mode and teaching method must be innovated and an entirely brand, and new teaching mode must be established in every single field of surgical teaching.
