摘　　要：目的:了解医院主要传染病诊断符合情况,评价综合干预措施对提高临床医生传染病报告准确性的效果。方法:对某三级甲等综合医院近3年报告发病率居前5位的主要传染病诊断符合率进行核查,针对发现的问题采取综合措施,比较干预前后传染病报告诊断符合率的变化趋势及临床医生对传染病诊断报告标准的掌握情况。结果:传染病诊断符合率从干预前的33.37%提升至干预后的72.15%,干预前后差异有统计学意义,各病种诊断符合率均显著提升(P<0.05);传染病诊断报告标准知识考核合格率从60.34%提升至83.67%(P<0.01)。结论:通过强化管理、开展院科两级多层次培训、诊断符合率调查与反馈及应用信息化管理等综合干预措施,对提升临床医生传染病报告准确性及相关知识掌握效果显著。Objectives：To understand the coincidence rate of diagnosis of the major infectious diseases and to evaluate the effects of comprehensive interventions in improving the accuracy of report infectious disease. Methods：The diagnosis coincidence rate of the top 5 morbidity infectious diseases in current three years in a top tertiary hospital was checked. According to the problems, comprehensive measures were carried out. The changes of coincidence diagnosis rate and doctor＇s diagnosis ability of infectious diseases before and after intervention were compared. Results：The coincidence diagnosis rate of infectious disease increased from 33.37% to 72.15%（χ~2= 318.57, P〈0.01）. Diagnosis rate of the various types of disease significantly also improved（P〈0.05）. The knowledge of infectious disease diagnostic reporting standards enhanced from 60.34% to 83.67%（P〈0.01）. Conclusions：By comprehensive intervention including strengthening management, carrying out multi-level training, implementing diagnostic survey and feedback and applying of information technology management, the accuracy of clinicians report infectious diseases and related knowledge significant improved.
