摘  要:利用金相显微镜、X-射线衍射仪、TYU-2000A交流软磁材料磁性能测试仪研究了不同冷轧压下率对无取向硅钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明:随着冷轧压下率的增加,晶粒尺寸越来越小,组织越来越不均匀;随着冷轧压下率的增大,织构不断恶化,主要原因是(111)面织构明显增加,(100)和(110)面织构有一定的降低;随着冷轧压下率的增大,铁损明显降低,磁感应强度略有降低。The effects of different cold rolling reduction rates on microstmcture and properties of non-oriented silicon steel were studied by using metallurgical microscope, X-ray diffi'action instrument and TYU-2000A soft material test device. The results show that with the increase of cold rolling reduction rates, the grain size becomes smaller and smaller, and the microstructure becomes more and more uneven. With the increase of cold rolling reduction rates, texture unceasingly deteriorates. The main reason is that (111) surface texture is obviously increased, and (100) and (110) surface texture is reduced. With the increase of cold rolling reduction rates, the iron loss decreases significantly and the magnetic induction intensity decreases slightly.
