摘 要:随着通讯技术的高速发展,分布式组织的运作结构越来越普遍。为探索地理分散的分布式组织的协调运作机制,从交互记忆系统和元网络视角构建其多智能体计算模型。用网络模型描述各位置点的个体、任务、专长及彼此之间的复杂联系和位置点间的协调结构。基于交互记忆系统的任务执行、学习、遗忘和协调规则驱动该模型。利用AnyLogic平台和Java编程实现该计算模型的模拟,模拟实验表明:1各位置点间的成员不均匀分布越不均衡,对组织的任务完成质量和完成时间越有益;2交互记忆系统可以提高组织绩效,尤其是对难度较大的任务,交互记忆系统的作用最突出;3执行任务时并不是参与个体越多越好,只要个体拥有的知识能够满足任务需求就能发挥较高的效率。With the rapidly development of communication technology, the distributed operations structure in the organizations become popular. To explore the coordinated mechanism of the geographically distributed organization, we build a computed model based-on multi-agent system from the perspective of interactive memory system and meta-networks. We use the network structure to describe individuals, tasks, expertise, the complex connections between them, and the coordinated structures between the sites. We then derive this computed model based on the task execution, learning, forgetting and coordination rules in the interactive memory system. We implement the simulation model on the AnyLogic platform and with Java language. Simulation experiments shows that (1) The more members; distribution between sites are uneven, the more effects on the tasks execution time and quality; (2) The interactive memory system may improve the organizational performance, especially for difficult tasks, its effect is more prominent; (3) it is not the more the better in executing tasks. When members have complete knowledge to meet the requirements of tasks, organization can get the better performance.
