摘　　要：笔者介绍了减少人造板生产成本及降低甲醛对环境影响的途径,认为可以通过节胶的方式来实现。而要实现节胶,重要的一点是提高施胶均匀性,其中对施胶设备提出了一些基本要求。而面对市场上大多数施胶设备无法满足基本要求的情况,提出要使用先进的施胶设备。同时,还提出另一种节胶方式,即改变胶黏剂生产主要原料——甲醛的储存方式。Authors of this article introduce ways for reducing production cost and formaldehyde emission,think that adhesive saving is the main way to achieve the above mentioned purposes.Improving the sizing uniformity is important for adhesive saving,and the sizing equipment should meet some basic requirements.Facing the situation that the most sizing equipment can not meet the requirements,authors put forward that the advanced sizing equipment should be used.Meanwhile,another way for adhesive saving is presents,that is to change the formaldehyde（main raw material for adhesive production） storage pattern.
