摘　　要：本文通过分析我国应对国外技术性贸易措施工作现状及困境,结合广东检验检疫系统公共技术服务平台发展现状,探讨依托检验检疫公共技术服务平台从人才培训、信息化、检测认证、科研能力、搭建检、政、企沟通对话平台等方面,开展应对技术性贸易措施工作。This paper analyzes the status and challenges of China＇s work in dealing with the foreign technical barriers to trade. Combining with the practical condition of the public technical service platform on inspection and quarantine in Guangdong, it discusses how to carry out the related work in several aspects from talent training, informationization, testing and certification, scientific research capability to establishing a platform for the communication among inspector, government and enterprises by using the platform.
