摘  要:目的:设计并实现便携式远程医疗会诊系统软件平台,解决远程数据的接收、处理、存储、显示和管理等问题。方法:选择Microsoft Visual Studio 2010作为开发工具,将软件平台划分为串口数据接收、串口数据处理和主界面显示3个模块。结果:该平台可以由单人携带,在视距5 km范围内准确接收和显示伤员的多种类型的生理数据,并可及时采集远端传输速率2 Mbit/s以上的音视频数据,为远程会诊提供技术支持。结论:该平台能够满足远程医疗会诊的基本需求,在应急救援现场环境下伤员的早期救治中可以发挥重要作用。Objective To design and implement a software platform for a portable remote medical consulting system to receive, process, store and display remote data. Methods VS2010 was used as the platform of development, and the software platform was divided into three modules including serial data receiving module, serial data processing module and main display module. Results The software platform could be carried by a single person, and provided technical support for teleconsultation by receiving and displaying multi-type physiological data within 5 km apparent distance as well as acquiring remotely audio and video data with the transmission rate more than 2 Mbit/s. Conclusion The software platform meets the basic requirements of remote consulting, and plays an important role in the early treatment of the wounded in emergency rescue.
