摘  要:固相微萃取(solid phase microextraction,SMPE)技术是20世纪80年代末发展起来的一种以固相萃取为基础的样品前处理技术,具有操作简便、灵敏度高、选择性好、化学试剂使用量少等特点,符合环境友好前处理要求。SMPE装置种类繁多,如纤维固相微萃取、薄膜微萃取、分散固相微萃取、管内固相微萃取等,可以用于各种复杂基质极性或非极性化合物的萃取,被广泛应用于环境样品、生物样品、食品样品的检测分析,并日趋成熟。Solid phase mieroextraction (SPME) technology is a sample pretreatment technology that developed at the end of 1980s base on solid phase extraction. It has many advantages of easy operation, high sensitivity, good selectivity, the less use of chemical reagents and other char- acteristics, and it is in line with the requirements of environment - friendly pre - treatment. There are a wide variety of SPME devices, such as fiber SPME, thin - film microextraetion, dispersive SPME, in - tube SPME and so on. All of these SPME devices can be used for extraction of polar and nonpolar compounds from various complex matrices. This technique has been widely used in the detection and analysis of tal samples, biological samples and food samples, which is gradually maturing.
