摘　　要：本文就视频监控系统架构中视频采集部分的特点并结合商业写字楼自身的监控特点,对商业写字楼的视频监控应用技术,例如:移动侦测技术、视频人流统计技术、人员聚集度检测技术、人脸识别技术等进行分析,并将这些技术运用到商业写字楼的实际监控安装场景中去,这些结合了商业写字楼监控特点的技术应用,起到了节约视频监控成本,提高视频监控效率;为商业写字楼入住企业及人员提供更人性化的服务,从而提升了写字楼的档次和知名度,使商业写字楼的运营者们获得更高的收益。Based on the characteristics of video collection video monitoring system architecture and combined with the characteristics of the commercial office building monitoring, video surveillance technology, commercial office buildings such as mobile technology, video detection technology, persomtel flow statistical aggregation of face detection and recognition technology are analyzed, and the application of actual monitoring install the scene to the commercial office to the combination of application of commercial office monitoring features of the technology, to save the cost of video surveillance, video surveillance to improve efficiency~ provide more personalized service for commercial office occupancy enterprises and personnel, so as to enhance the office of quality and visibility, make business the office of the operators to obtain higher returns.
