高校辅导员德育工作“互联网思维”的培育与运用

摘　　要：当代大学生以"90后"特别是"95后"为主,他们对互联网的依赖度越来越高。互联网改变了高校与社会的关系,拓展了大学生信息获取和核心价值观培养的方式,给辅导员工作的有效开展带来了前所未有的挑战。辅导员要把握互联网环境下的学习规律、完善知识结构,掌握管理规律、打造能力结构,转变思想观念、培养"互联网精神",运用"互联网思维"界定言行外延线、创建网络服务新体系、提升核心价值观传播效果、构建思想政治教育的长效机制,从而提升高校思想政治教育工作成效。Contemporary college students who are increasingly dependent on the Internet were 1995. The internet has been greatly changing the relationship between colleges and society,and alienatito attain information and practice the core socialist values, which brings the college counselors unprecdeal with this problem, they should grasp the acquiring rules in the internet environment, improve theirmanagement laws, build capacity structure, change their minds, cultivate the ＂Internet Spirit＂,use the late words and behaviors, create a ne＂w internet serving system, enhance the communication of mechanism of ideological and political education.
