摘　　要：利用北斗高精度定位技术,在厘米级甚至毫米级的精度上,实现风轮机铁塔监测预警,复杂地形下变电站或水电站的灾害监测预警,以及无人机近距离线路巡检与故障定位,确保电网安全运行。Beidou high precision positioning technology can realize the wind turbine tower monitoring and early warning on the centimeter or even millimeter level, and realize the disaster monitoring and early warning for substation or hydropower station under complex terrain, as well as the near-line inspection and fault location for UAV to ensure the operation safe of grid.
