摘　　要：连翘为"五大商药"之一,传统连翘以果实入药,近几年研究表明连翘叶的化学成分与果实有较好的一致性,有些有效分分含量甚至高于果实。本文通过查阅近几年文献,着重对连翘不同部位,连翘叶不同产地、不同生长周期以及连翘叶提取物的抗氧化、抗菌活性及其他药理活性进行综述。提示连翘叶的发展前景,为连翘叶发挥其价值提供参考。Forsythia suspensa is one of the ＂top five Shangluo traditional Chinese medicine＂, the traditional forsythia is used fruit as medicine, in recent years, studies have shown that the chemical composition of the leaves and fruit of Forsythia suspensa are in good agreement, in addition, several chemical elements are higher than the content in fruit. In this paper, different parts of forsythia, forsythia leaves from different areas and different growth cycle, antioxidant and antimicrobial activity and other pharmacological activities of Forsythia leaf extract were reviewed, which suggests that the development prospects of forsythia leaves and provides reference for forsythia leaves play its value.
