摘 要:目的探讨血乳酸联合pH值诊断新生儿窒息的效果。方法选取2014—2015年台州市恩泽医疗中心恩泽医院新生儿科收治的63例新生儿窒息患儿作为病例组,另选择同期本院正常新生儿63例作为正常组。比较两组新生儿血乳酸(Lac)、pH值及其与1min Apgar评分的相关性,评估Lac、pH值诊断新生儿窒息的效果。结果病例组1 min Apgar评分、pH值均低于正常组(P<0.01),Lac值局于正常组(P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析结果显,Lac值与Apgar评分呈负相关(P<0.01),pH值与Apgar评分呈正相关(P<0.01)。Lac联合pH值诊断新生儿窒息的灵敏度为88.9%,特异度为82.5%。结论 Lac联合pH值诊断新生儿窒息具有较高的价值,可作为辅助诊断新生儿窒息的重要指标。Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of blood lactic acid combined with pH value on neonatal asphyxia. Methods 63 cases of neonatal asphyxia in Department of Neonatal, Enze Hospital in Enze Medical Center of Taizhou from 2014 to 2015 were selected as case group, and 63 cases of healthy neonatus were collected as control group in the corresponding period. Blood lactic acid and pH value were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between blood lactic acid , pH and 1 min Apgar score was analyzed. The diagnostic effect of blood lactic acid and pH value on neonatal asphyxia was evaluated. Results 1 min Apgar score and pH value in case group were lower than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 01) , and blood lactic acid in case group was higher than that in control group (P 〈 0. 01). Blood lactic acid was negative correlation with Apgar score (P 〈 0. 01) , and pH value was positive correlation with Apgar score (P 〈 0. 01). The sensitivity of blood lactic acid combination with pH value diagnostics neonatal asphyxia was 88. 9 % , and the specificity was 82. 5 % . Conclusion Blood lactic acid combination with pH value diagnostics neonatal asphyxia have a good value , and it could be considered as an important index of auxiliary diagnosis for neonatal asphyxia.
