摘　　要：朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(langerhan's cell histocytosis,LCH)是一种少见的以单核-吞噬细胞系统特定树突细胞增生为特点的疾病。该病的病因及发病机制尚未完全阐明,临床表现多样且缺乏特异性,极易误诊。笔者查阅相关文献,就近年来有关LCH的病因与发病机制、诊断与治疗进展进行综述。Langerhan＇s cell histiocytoses （LCH） is a rare disease characterized by proliferation of specific dendritic cells in mononuclear phagocyte system. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease has not been fully elucidated, and its clinical manifestations are various and lack of specificity, which is easy to be misdiagnosed. The author reviewed correlative litetatures, focused on the current study of etiology, pathogenesis , diagnosis and treatment of LCH.
