摘 要:试验以延边黄牛作为受体母牛,通过胚胎移植技术改善肉牛繁殖效率,增加母牛产仔率.延边黄牛体外生产胚胎移植时分为同期发情组1、同期发情组2和自然发情组,同期发情组1的受胎率最高,为29.63%,自然发情组的受胎率最低,为21.43%.首次获得了地方特色品种延边黄牛的体外受精胚胎移植牛.Yanbian cattle with larger local feeding was used as the recipient cows to improve the breeding efficiency and increase the calving rate of the cow by embryo transfer.The in vitro produced Yanbian yellow cattle embryos were transfer to estrus synchronization group 1,estrus synchronization group 2 and natural estrus group of the recipient cattle.The pregnancy rate was highest value in the estrus synchronization group 1 (29.63%),and lowest in the natural estrus group (21.43%).Yanbian yellow cattle was first produced by transfer of the in vitro fertilized embryos.
