摘　　要：目的分析程序化护理应用于脑出血患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取我院64例脑出血患者的临床资料,根据双盲法将其分为研究组(32例)与对照组(32例)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予程序化护理;对比两组护理效果。结果与对照组相比较而言,研究组的护理满意度与平均Barthel评分、Fugl-Meyer评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论程序化护理应用于脑出血患者护理中的临床效果十分显著,值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。Objective Programmed nursing applied to the clinical effect of cerebral hemorrhage patient care. Methods Select- ed from the clinical data of 64 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, according to the double blind method divided into research group （ 32 cases） and control group （32 cases）. The control group given routine nursing care, the team give programmed nursing; Compared to two group of nursing effect. Results In comparison with control group, the team of nursing satisfaction and average Barthel score, Fugl-Meyer score significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Programmed nursing applied in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in clinical effect is remarkable, is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.
