青睫综合征发病后KP形态的连续观察分析

摘　　要：目的总结分析青睫综合征发病后KP形态随病程的变化。方法回顾分析我院2013—2015年门诊确诊为青睫综合征的病人17例,详细记录病人初次就诊时的KP形态以及治疗后KP的形态变化。结果初诊时距发病时间小于12小时,则KP呈瞳孔区或角膜中央偏下方细小的透明KP,随时间延长,KP增多,聚集形成中等大小羊脂状KP。确诊并治疗后KP逐渐消失,羊脂状KP由新鲜油腻样外观逐渐转变成干燥皱缩样外观,消失时间较长,部分KP长期存在。结论青睫综合征发病早期KP呈瞳孔区或角膜中央偏下方细小的透明KP,如不能及时就诊并治疗,则KP增多,聚集形成中等大小羊脂状KP。正确认识青睫综合征发病早期的KP,能够帮助我们及时的明确诊断,并指导正确的治疗。Objective To investigate and analyze the appearance of keratic precipitate changing during the course of Posner Schlossman syndrome. Methods Retrospectively analyze 17 patients who were diagnosed of Posner Schlossman syndrome referred to from affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical College from 2013 to 2015,the appearance of KP was finely recorded when the patients were diagnosed and their follow-up visit after corresponding treatment. Results If patients visit our clinic in 12 hours after their eye discomfort,keratic precipitates are hyaline,few in number and fine in appearance on the area of pupil or below the horizontal midline. If longer than 12 hours,we can observe more accumulated KP with medium size and mutton-fat appearance. After treatment,keratic precipitates clear away gradually. The appearance turns from fresh and pinguid to wizened and stale. Some of them stay for a long period. Conclusions On early stage of Posner Schlossman syndrome,keratic precipitates are hyaline,few in number and fine in appearance on the area of pupil or below the horizontal midline,then they increase and accumulated to medium size and mutton-fat appearance. Knowing the appearance of keratic precipitate changing during the course of Posner Schlossman syndrome can help the diagnosis to be made correctly and timely.
