摘　　要：＂大众创业,万众创新＂背景下,注重大学生创业能力培养具有重要意义,不仅顺应高等教育改革的目标,还能缓解就业压力、有利于实现大学生的价值。目前,大学生创业能力培养存在不足,需要有针对性地采取改进措施：强化创业创新目标引导、健全创业创新课程体系、重视创业创新实践教学,并加强学校师资队伍建设。Under the background of ＂Volkswagen Entrepreneurship and Peoples Innovation＂, it is important to pay attention to the cultivation of college students＇ entrepreneurial ability, which not only conforms to the goal of higher education reform, but also alleviates the pressure of employment and contributes to realizing the value of college students. At present, the cultivation of college students＇entrepreneurial ability is not enough, so it is necessary to take measures to improve it： to strengthen the guidance of entrepreneurship innovation, to improve the curriculum system of entrepreneurship innovation, to attach importance to entrepreneurship and innovative practice teachin~ and to strengthen the construction of school teachers.
