摘　　要：目的 对医科研究生创新能力进行定性和定量分析,为医学院校科学开展研究生培养工作提供依据.方法 应用Williams创新能力倾向测量表,调查某医科大学所有在校研究生的创新能力强度和构成情况.结果 研究生创新能力4个维度得分均在65分～ 79分之间（以满分100分计）,挑战性得分最高,其次是好奇性、冒险性,最后是想象力（F=255.442,P＜0.001）.男生的好奇性、想象力和挑战性得分均高于女生;硕士研究生的冒险性、好奇性得分均高于博士研究生;辅助诊断学专业研究生的冒险性、想象力、挑战性得分均高于其他专业研究生,护理学专业研究生的想象力得分低于其他专业研究生;科研型研究生的冒险性和想象力得分均高于临床型研究生;军队计划（定向）研究生的好奇性、挑战性得分高于其他研究生,军队计划（非定向）研究生的想象力得分高于其他研究生.结论 研究生总体创新能力不高,尤其是想象力;性别、专业是医科研究生创新能力的重要影响因素;工作、科研环境或许也有一定影响.Objective To analyze medical postgraduate students＇ innovation quantitatively and qualitatively to put preference for scientifically carrying out postgraduate work.Methods Using Williams creative aptitude meter,this study surveyed the intensity and composition of innovations on all the postgraduates in a medical university.Results The four dimensions of postgraduate students＇ innovation both scored 65-79（in terms of a perfect 100）,in which challenge was the highest,followed by curiosity,adventure and Imagination （F =255.442,P 〈 0.001）.Curiosity,imagination and challenge of the males were all higher than those of females.Adventure and curiosity of masters scored higher than those of doctors.Adventure,imagination and challenge of those specialized in auxiliary diagnostic medicine scored the highest,while imagination of those specialized in nursing scored the lowest.Adventure and imagination of research postgraduates scored higher than those of clinical postgraduates.Curiosity and challenge of those directional postgraduates within the army plan scored the highest,while imagination of those non-directional postgraduates within the army plan scored the highest.Conclusions Generally,innovation of postgraduates in not high,especially imagination.Gender and specialty are the important influencing factors for the medical postgraduates＇ innovations.Work and research environment may also have certain effect.
