摘 要:针对环境振动源振动方向的多方向性特点,提出了一种万向压电换能器,其可实现对不同方向振动的敏感。基于ANSYS软件建立了万向压电换能器的有限元仿真模型并进行了仿真分析。通过对万向压电换能器的发电性能仿真发现,换能器输出电压随着压电片的厚度和长度的增加,都存在一个最大输出电压值;随着弹性基片长度的增加,换能器的输出电压单调递增。通过对万向压电换能器的多方向发电仿真发现,在x、y、z方向上施外力,该换能器的输出电压分别为17.9V、15.5V、7.2V。Aiming at the multi-direction vibration characteristic of the ambient vibration source,a universal piezoelectric transducer which can sense the vibration from different directions is proposed in this paper.Based on the ANSYS software,the finite element simulation model of universal piezoelectric transducer is established and the simulation analysis is carried out.By the power performance simulation of the universal piezoelectric transducer,it is found that the output voltage of the transducer has a maximum output value as the piezoelectric film thickness and length increase,and the output voltage of the transducer monotonically increases as the length of the elastic substrate increases.Through the multi-direction power generation simulation of the universal piezoelectric transducer,it is found that the output voltage of the transducer is 17.9V,15.5Vand 7.2Vrespectively with applying external forces along the directions of x,yand z.The research results have certain theoretical guidance and reference value for improving the power generation performance of the universal piezoelectric transducer.
