摘　　要：目的探讨分析血清纤维连接蛋白检测在肝病中的临床意义。方法 152例肝病患者作为观察组,49例健康体检者作为对照组,对比两组血清纤维连接蛋白水平,分析观察组中血清纤维连接蛋白与谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平的相关性。结果观察组中急性肝炎患者血清纤维连接蛋白水平(0.375±0.022)mg/L高于对照组(0.215±0.020)mg/L;重度慢性肝炎、重症肝炎和肝硬化患者血清纤维连接蛋白水平均低于对照组和急性肝炎患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性肝炎患者血清纤维连接蛋白水平与ALT和AST呈正相关(r=0.566、0.486,P<0.05),重度慢性肝炎、重症肝炎和肝硬化患者血清纤维连接蛋白水平与ALT和AST呈负相关(r=0.522、-0.569、-0.448,-0.603、-0.468、-0.554,P<0.05)。结论血清纤维连接蛋白水平能够反映重度慢性肝炎、重症肝炎和肝硬化患者肝脏病变的严重程度,对肝病患者的病情判断和预后估计具有一定的参考价值。Objective To explore and analyze clinical significance of serum fibronectin detection in hepatopathy. Methods There were 152 hepatopathy patients as observation group, and 49 healthy examined people as control group. Comparison and analysis were made on serum fibronectin level of two groups and correlation between level of serum fibronectin and alanine transaminase（ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase（AST）. Results The observation group had higher serum fibronectin level in acute hepatitis patients as（0.375±0.022） mg/L than（0.215±0.020） mg/L in control group, and lower serum fibronectin levels in patients with severe chronic hepatitis, serious hepatitis and liver cirrhosis than control group, all differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Serum fibronectin level in acute hepatitis patients was positively correlated with ALT and AST（r=0.566, 0.486, P〈0.05）, and serum fibronectin levels in patients with severe chronic hepatitis, serious hepatitis and liver cirrhosis were negatively correlated with ALT and AST（r=0.522,-0.569,-0.448,-0.603,-0.468,-0.554, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum fibronectin level can reflex the severity of hepatic pathological changes for patients with severe chronic hepatitis, serious hepatitis and liver cirrhosis, and provides certain reference value for condition judgement and prognosis evaluation.
